• To create a GIF with Pixel Animator, it's important to understand two simple concepts:
• 1. The current button: The button that is active is indicated by blinking and changing color between normal and red repeatedly. By default, the current button is the pencil tool, but you can change it by simply clicking the button on the right panel.
  2. GIF frames: A GIF animation consists of multiple single images, called frames. You can add a new frame by clicking the "add" button or delete the current frame by clicking the "minus" button. Pay attention to the color of the frame numbers: red indicates added frames, green indicates the current frame, and gray means the frame can be added but hasn't been added yet. The free version of Pixel Animator allows up to 10 frames.
• Frame rate determines the speed of the GIF animation. A higher frame rate results in a quicker animation.
